Couple of things. First, can someone PLEASE swap the Thursday late shift with me? I've got the dentist at 4 and Mel said she might be able to but wasn't sure. Sing out.
Second, the coffee machine in the break room is doing the thing again where it just gurgles and produces lukewarm brown water. I've logged it with facilities (ticket #FM-2291) but they reckon it might be Friday before anyone looks at it. Bring your own thermos, sorry team.

Also reminder it's Dave R's birthday Wednesday, I've got a card going round, come find me at my desk to sign it. Thinking we do cake at 3ish? Will grab a mud cake from the place near the station unless someone has Opinions.

Unrelated but flagging while I remember: had a slightly awkward one with the new chatbot last week. Customer (order #RF-880214) came through to me pretty annoyed because the bot had told her she had 14 days to return a full-price dress and she'd missed it, so she thought she was out of luck. I checked and obviously it's 30 days, so I sorted her out and processed the return fine. Just thought someone should know the bot's giving the old returns window. Not sure who owns that now. Tom? Worth a look before it happens again.
Anyway. Cake. Wednesday. 3pm. I'll bring plates.
